Thomas A. Rodriguez

Thomas A. Rodriguez, Partner, has been an attorney since 1999. His practice emphasizes probate litigation, including contested guardianships and conservatorships, fiduciary representation, and other will and trust litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Rodriguez worked for the Aurora Public Defender where he tried more than 50 jury trials.

Mr. Rodriguez has lectured before the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and at other programs on topics such as probate litigation and ethics. He is a member of the Executive Council of The Colorado Bar Association's Elder Law Section and a member of the Boulder County Bar Association.

Mr. Rodriguez is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his B.A. degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.

When he is not in the office, Tom spends his free time with his wife and two young daughters. He also enjoys golf, skiing, fantasy football and pulling for his beloved Oklahoma Sooner football team.
